Hi! My name is Marissa and I am an Ed. Tech Leadership student at Lamar University in Texas. I knew from the age of four that my destiny was teaching. It took me 16 years to complete my bachelors degree- but I finished! The day I walked across the stage while my son stood proudly in the audience was one of the best days of my life. I am not currently teaching but my hope is that one day a principal will see my potential and give me a chance to succeed.
I am a mom to a super 10 year old, Merritt. I have several neices- Kendall, Alexis, and Brilie and one nephew- Mason all of whom call me Nanny. I love to craft, read, and blog. I am so excited to begin my journey with the educational world. Thanks for joining me!
